ADEO WEB is looking for a new team member – HR person.

You will be at the heart of ADEO WEB’s process in building company culture, being a part of recruitment process and employer branding that empowers engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality projects.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Shaping the candidate experience: you will be responsible for communicating with candidates via email and in person to shape positive experience during recruitment process. Together with a tech person,you will also participate in the interviews.
Candidates management: you will manage the communication process with candidates. As there are a lot of applicants, there is a need to track their shared data and information, to track their growth, to manage the database of applicants and assure the communication with all candidates.
The search of candidates: you will be responsible for the search of candidates with various profiles, using the variety of search channels and new innovative ways to find new employees. You will be also responsible for participating in career events.
Internal communication: you will be a part of internal communication management. Sometimes there is a need to create surveys for employees and take care of their well-being.
- High level of empathy;
- 1 year experience with people management or equivalent experience;
- Experience in internal organisational management tasks;
- Volunteering experience at NGOs or any other organisations;
- English language.
Education: you are preferred to have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar field of studies.You can be a last year university student or a graduate with an interest to become a Human Resources specialist in the future.
Interpersonal Skills: certain attributes will make you even more suited for the position, therefore, you must be highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks. You also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have an ability to independently make decisions and working in a cross-functional setting.
Communication Skills: communication skills are necessary for you, both in written and in verbal form. You will need excellent communication skills in order to represent the business, accurately convey its messages to potential talents, and draw information from candidates/applicants for a position.
People Skills: you also need to demonstrate an ability to build strong, meaningful, and lasting relationships with candidates and identified talents, employing them to bring their talents to the business. As a potential representative of the business, we expect you to be a likable individual who is easy to talk to and who inspires comfort and trust in others, hence invoking the same perception of the business in candidates’ view.
Experience: one year experience in similar job position or activity is preferred. We are looking for a person to grow with us and to be passionate to work with people.
